Pasta that pulls its weight.
High-protein pasta made in Zug, for people who train hard and still want dinner to taste like dinner. No chalky texture, no compromise, just real pasta with the numbers to back up your training.
Real nutrition
Every serving is built around a serious protein number, not a marketing footnote. It fits a training day the same way a normal meal should.
Actually tastes like pasta
Most protein pasta trades taste for macros. We spent months on texture and bite until it stopped tasting like a supplement and started tasting like dinner.
Built by people who train
We're a team of five students from Zug who got tired of choosing between a good meal and a good macro sheet, so we made both at once.
Five students, one kitchen, way too many test batches.
Strongnoodles started inside the Youth Enterprise Switzerland (YES) program in Zug. Here's who's actually behind it.
Leon Windhager
Runs the overall vision and keeps the team pointed at the same deadline.
Niels Rudolf
Keeps production, sourcing, and timelines from falling apart under five people's worth of ideas.
Leonidas Gabriel
Handles the technical side of the business, from the website to the systems running behind it.
Nefeli Kritikou
Manages the budget, pricing, and the founding contract that holds the whole thing together.
Silvan Fischer
Leads recipe testing and makes sure every batch hits both the taste bar and the protein target.
Why we started making pasta in the first place.
"We didn't want to invent a supplement. We wanted to fix a pasta."
The gap
Every high-protein pasta we tried in the fitness-oriented Zug crowd we're building for had the same problem: solid macros, forgettable taste. We noticed a lot of people just went back to regular pasta and tracked around it.
The program
Through Youth Enterprise Switzerland (YES), five of us got the structure to actually build a company around this instead of just complaining about it: a founding contract, a real budget, and a deadline to ship something.
The recipe
We went through round after round of test batches, comparing texture and bite against regular pasta, not just against other protein brands, until it stopped tasting like a compromise.
The pitch
Strongnoodles is our answer for the 18 to 35 crowd around Zug who train seriously and are done pretending a chalky pasta is a personality trait.
